Hi Doctor,
I tried first time to conceive after 1 yr of my marriage. had very good nutrient diet before that also regular periods.tried my ovulation days prior and and on the same day. I had a hope but result negative and got regular period.my husband also healty have good sperm count.can you advice me doctor. my first attempt fail so am bit tensed about it.I did not take any berth controll before.

It's ok. Don't be disheartened. Sometimes you need more attempts. Are you taking folic acid. Did you do HSG? CONSULT FERTILITY SPECIALIST. keep relations in fertile period
