Hi Include More vitamin c rich foods amla, citrus fruits, Zinc rich foods nuts ,seeds ,eggs, lentils etc Check vitamin d take supplements - important for immunity. Hello Firstly One should eat high protein foods eg .Well cooked meats, eggs, milk and pulses . Our immunity is also boosted by eating purple and red colored fruits eg grapes and blueberries.  Vit c rich foods eg citrus fruits, kiwi etc

One should never fast or starve  as it lowers the immunity. Eat a healthy breakfast to  maintain good immunity through the day. Exercise regularly to maintain good lung function.

Turmeric with milk at bedtime, clove, cinnamon and ginger tea with pepper and honey or Kara is very good for us to maintain good respiratory health.
