Used a condom but not sure if it was safe What should be done to avoid pregnancy? (Its only been 2 hours now)

If condom is intact then no need of worry.If ruptured or lilltle doubt take emergency contraceptive pill within 72 hours of intercourse otherwise it will not work.For details contact me through practo.

If your condom is not ruptured during sex then absolutely there is very minimal chance of pregnancy. Don't worry.

If you have already used barrier contraceptive and it was not torn ...then there is no need to take any further medications to avoid pregnancy... it also depends upon whether you were in the safe period or fertile period
