Hi doctor .. My father is done with ecg and it was normal .. when tmt wAs done report came as test positive for exercise induced ischema. His hemoglobin percentage is very low 8.8. Do he needs to undergo angiogram test ? Can you please suggest how to proceed further. Thanks a lot

Correct anemia first then can think to do stress echocardiography....to confirm..but If there are any risk facters like diabetes and hypertension or smoking or obesity or family history & inactive lifestyle...& symptoms of chest pain or breathing difficulty, angiography should be done Anyways need insight on all these & need to see the TMT strips to suggest the next best step.

need to see TMT detail ECG tracing. He would require further testing depending on symptoms and risk factors.
