There is a wound in the leg that has become a shallow hole and is not getting cured.. I have diabetes and having medication for it

No details regarding present treatment or blood sugar levels. Now this may be a case of Diabetic foot one of the complications of Diabetes due to deficient blood circulation or loss of touch sensation. You should get all investigations regarding sugar control and see a Vascular Surgeon or a General Surgeon for clinical examination, wound assessment , related investigations, medications and further management.
