Hi, I just want to say—you’re not alone. What you’re describing isn’t laziness or weakness. It’s emotional exhaustion, and it’s real. Feeling trapped, dependent, and disconnected from purpose can completely wear down your motivation. We’ve worked with several clients in the same situation—one of whom was discharged in just 2 months after starting therapy. With the right tools, we were able to help him rebuild his inner strength, find clarity, and begin taking small but powerful steps toward independence.
Next Steps
Here’s what we’d start with: ✦ Small steps that don’t overwhelm your nervous system You don’t need to jump into action. First, we work on reactivating your emotional energy gently—before setting goals. ✦ Processing the invisible weight We help you untangle the guilt, hopelessness, and helplessness beneath the surface. You don’t have to carry this alone. ✦ Building internal permission to move forward Many people feel “stuck” because they’re waiting for motivation. But motivation comes after we feel emotionally safe. That’s where therapy comes in.

Hi , I understand, you are feeling stuck , overwhelmed, and that this pain has been with you for a long time. Suicidal thoughts often come when you’re emotionally exhausted, because you’re seeking relief from what feels unbearable. Please consider speaking to a therapist—it can help more than you might expect. We are here to listen without judgment, to guide you manage in an effective positive manner , with tools and techniques to help. You don’t need to fix everything at once. Start small. Even one small action—like talking to someone or writing down what you’re feeling—is a step forward. The part of you that still wants a better life is powerful., listen to that. A therapist can help you make sense of what you’re going through, understand what’s been holding you back, and support you in moving toward the independence and peace you truly deserve.
Health Tips
start with gentle steps that don’t feel overwhelming—like taking a short walk each morning, doing light stretching or simple exercises at home, and practicing deep breathing for a few minutes when thoughts get heavy. These small actions can calm your mind, release some of the built-up tension, and slowly help you feel more in control of your day. Over time, they can also make it easier to take bigger steps toward the independence you deeply want.

Please seek help from a psychiatrist immediately. Suicidal thoughts are serious, but with the right treatment which can be medication, therapy, and support, things can get better. Also, try to talk to someone you trust, even just one person. It could be your friend, relative or a local support group. It would help you cope with this better. Just confide in them. Once you feel a little stable, a psychologist can help you rebuild hope and purpose.

Reconnect with your happier old self...if you re a person interested in working out, badminton, art craft, swimming, going out with friends or travelling solo. If you don't want to stay with your father, I think you are going through a dispute or misunderstanding with him. You can be independent if you can find a job that takes care of you.

Hi...I can understand what you're going through. You need to figure out a way to start something. This is a vicious cycle, a 'negative triad' as defined in cognitive therapy. Where one holds negative views about oneself, the world, and the future. It is very hard to break this cycle or triad on its own therefore its best to take professional help. But if you are not in a position to afford it, I would suggest you to just start doing something. A course, a job, a daily activity, even a volunteer work. It will help you channelize your energy and direct it somewhere good. You will build confidence, develop a routine, and will have a purpose to wake up everyday and do something. It is okay to not achieve what we once desired but it is not okay to sit in abeyance and wait for something good to happen. Just start with whatever you get and things will fall in line.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. CBT along with Interpersonal Guidance and Career Counselling is required.

Hi, I hear how deeply exhausted and stuck you’re feeling right now — it takes a lot of courage to put this into words, and I want to acknowledge that first. It sounds like you’ve been trying for many years to change your life, but it hasn’t felt possible, and that has left you feeling hopeless and trapped. You mentioned having suicidal thoughts — that is a sign that the pain is becoming too much to carry alone. You don’t have to go through this alone. With the right support, it is possible to feel better. You matter, and your life matters. You also shared how hard it is to take money from your father, and the desire to be independent. These feelings are valid. Wanting to live life on your own terms is a powerful and healthy instinct — and we can work with that. You don’t have to have all the answers right now. What you need is a safe space to talk, to be understood, and to build steps — small but real ones — toward the life you want.
