Tired eyes
My eyes are tired sometimes if I saw other person they also feel same I can't work in computer I can't draw any drawings I can't watch TV for longer time my eyes feel very tired pls help me to overcome from it

Hello
This is due to dry eyes
A. Blink a lot
B Cold compresses
C. Use goggles in sunlight
D. Use antiglare glasses while working on laptop or mobile
E. Use lubricating eyedrop frequently

Tired eyes could be due to many reasons but the most common being:
1. Refractive error
2. Accomodative Fatigue
3. Nutritional deficiency
4. Stress and Strain
You will need to get your eyes checked for refraction prior to getting concluded with any provisional diagnosis; you might be having normal distance vision yet you need to be tested for hidden hyperopic power; The best way to test is to ask your doctor to do a Cyclo AR or fogging test after which we can come to a definitive diagnosis
