Tips to improve health
I have been advised by specialist about less calcium in Bones and I tire soon. My bones are so weak that it's now a big concern. Hi, has any other diagnosis been made? To improve calcium stores have the following foods as a part of your diet. Milk, curd, paneer, sprouts, banana, dark green leafy vegetables, soaked chana, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, nuts like almonds, broccoli, oranges, figs, beans are some good sources. For good absorption if calcium, vitamin D and magnesium is also required.
