Hi, I'm 45kg and I need to gain 5 kg in 1.5 months. Is that possible or healthy? Please suggest a diet plan for me to gain weight. Im a non- vegetarian. I had cough after covid while having milk so stopped consuming packet milk and now using milk powder. I dont have any health issues but recently got dengue and scrub typhus. Please suggest south indian food items as Im from Kerala. Thanks in advance.
