Tiny wound not healing
I have tiny wound or ulcer type dot in my mouth for a month no pain, no burning but when I touch my tongue I can feel it. Don't know why it is not healing. Already visited oral radiologist and oncologist they said nothing to worry.

They are appearing normal. But if they don't go away within few months then again Consult a dentist online or offline.
