I have been having tiny white bumps on my face, which are not white heads or pimples. They aren't itchy, painful or cause any discomfort.
Nor are they responding to any of the creams I use for my pimples.
I am not able to understand what they are.
They look like tiny white or skin colour lesions... And they don't grow in size or anything.
I have 2 on my lip line, a few on my chin, cheeks and forehead.
Is there anything I can do to get rid of them.
