Tiny Red spots on Glans
It all started with my first unprotected intercourse in Dec 2020. Few red spots started to appear on my Glans and there was no itching or pain. So left it unnoticed. But after a month, it started to increase in big red patches and after few days of that, my forskin was also red and swelling. Smegma was forming under my forskin. I consulted an urologist and it was diagnosed as bacterial infection and was prescribed with some oral antibiotics, povidone-iodine ointment and antifungal creame. Sysmtoms were gone within a week and felt relaxed. But now, again symptoms are coming back. I tried previous mediaction and it ease up the symptoms to an extent but not able to recover fully. I've already done STD test two times in this period and it was all negative. Attaching few pictures. It would be helpful, if it can be property diagnosed.
