Tiny lump, painful, pinkish skin colour
It has been 5 days I noticed a slight pain in my right middle chest below my right collar bone. It is paining when touched, a tiny swollen lump and that particular pain areas has turned pink. What it could be? I have attached a picture too for ur reference.
