Tiny flat Warts problem

Asked for Female, 32 Years

I have got many numbers of flat warts brown in color over my face and some parts of body also. How to get rid of it.. For the past one and half yrs only the warts are found..few years back got same kind only on my face and undergone lasic burning treatment. Now I have got all over the body here and there. So would like to get internal treatment
