Tiny bumps on nipple tip in pregnancy
I am 24 weeks pregnant now and I was having some small bump like dot structure which might be the milk supply way for baby. It's not open it's like dry dots. But today morning I saw few has come out . I didn't scratch or rub. It is something to worry about.

You need to get physically examined. Can't understand your description. Also, breast and nipple area undergoes changes in pregnancy. It could be normal too. But you need to be examined.
