Tinnitus from 7days
Sir 7 days ago I first hearing ringing in my ears all was not that bad and my pure tone audiometery test was Normal. The doctor prescribed me amoxiclav 625 prednisolone 20. After 5 days after intake of amoxiclav and prednisolone my tinnitus went worse. Now it starts ringing loud even when I listen my own voice. I WANT TO ASK - 1. DOES STEROID INTAKE DETEREROIT OR WORSEN MY TINNITUS?? PLEASE GUIDE ME. 2. Can it be cured be Betahistine and Cobalamine 1500 mcg, now??

Get audiogram and impedance audiometry done and consult online as it can be a case of Sensorineural hearing loss which needs to be evaluated further

Take capsule otocap ( 10 days). Do nasal steam inhalation and Valsalva ear exercise . If no further improvement then consult online or visit a ENT clinic.
