Tingling, shaking and numbness
I've been dealing with lower-back discomfort for over a year. The main symptoms are tightness/inflammation in my lower back and tingling on the bottom of my feet when I sit. Recently, I have pain in my neck/tingling down the pinky side of my arms/into fingers. My arms also shake during workouts. Ortho found nothing on MRI -- no disc/nerve problems?

If MRI is normal.... Take rest properly. Posture care important. Avoid forward bending and heavy lifting. Avoid prolonged sitting and standing. Avoid thick pillow under neck. Do neck isometric excercises. Do Spinal strengthing excercises.
