Kind of tingling feeling in leg
Dear doctor from today morning I felt something different in my right knee .. after some hour it started to feel like tingling .. I thought it's like usual and will stop after some time but it's still feels the same and tingling is also increased ..right leg feel like vibrating ..what to do now ..what's the reason for this ? How to stop this ?

Hi Want to know whether you did any activity for excess time like playing or any physical work which might be a reason.

You can try some hot water towel wrap for 10 to 15 mins and then apply coconut oil over the calf muscle for 5 mins and please do apply upward strokes. Try this for 5 days.
