Tingling sensation in left hand & finger
Hi Doctors, recently in my left hand I am feeling tingling sensation like some thing is moving & there is numbness there as well. There is no pain but I feel little weak in my arm. This sensation it's coming & going. Pls help me in this

May be because of vitamin b12 deficiency.
But as I don't know anything about your medical history so i am not sure about anything.
It can be because of other reasons also.
