Tingling or pinching all of sudden

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Feeling like tingling or pinching all of sudden which comes and goes in between which start from behind the right ear and little of neck portion... yesterday it was on the left side same thing...which makes me uncomfortable I don't understand what to do but my body feels all good at same time
