  3. Tingling in back. I have the tingling?

Tingling in back
I have this one spot on the left side of my upper back by my shoulder blade that gets a random tingling sensation for about a minute, maybe less. I do have an upper back pain due to poor posture. Could this be why I have the tingling? I have bad health anxiety so this is worrying me
