I have back acne from past two three months .. it was mild in starting but its increasing .. i dont have any itching but my acne are visible and i also have mild Black and white head on my back..acne and mild Black and white heads are only on my upper back lower back is totally normal

Acne may be due to summer weather, eating too oily food,hormonal etc
Please do the following
Keep your self well hydrated
Eat non oily healty food and seasonal fruit's
Use glycerin soap to wash face
Wash your face frequently and each time after coming home from outside.
Have a good sleep.
You can apply Oint.Erithromysin locally in night only after washing the area.
