Tinea capitis
Hello doctors My sister 7 y.o. she is suffering from tinea capitis Treatment with lulliconazole lotion and keto shampoo was done and it was almost cured . Now she has again having itching and discharge sinuses . I m thinking to add oral griseofulvin But i wanna know dosage of it , she is 22kg According to 15mg/kg dose required is 330 So plzz guide me on daily dosage , is it taken divided dosage or OD
