I have a tilted uterus and has suffered urine retention in my 13 th week of pregnancy. Is there any exercise to avoid such scenarios in future? I am 15 week pregnant now. Thank you.

There are no exercises to change or maintain the position of your uterus. Kiegels exercise will only strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. Done amount of urinary retention can happen during pregnancy
