Tightness in throat
I have been having a feeling of tightness in my throat for almost 2 weeks. It is hard for me to swallow and it is worse at night time when i go to bed and mild throughout the day. Other than that I feel well, not temperature, no headache, ear ache, or anything else just that. It almost feels like a lump or either someone is pressing down under my neck. It makes it hard for me to sleep at night because it becomes very severe at night.

You are likely having either laryngopharyngeal reflux or globus pharyngeus. You can take a course of antihistamines and antacids. Take steam nd warm water gargles. If problems persist then a thyroid profile can be done to rule out hypothyroidism
