Tight foreskin
I have had a very tight foreskin since the beginning cause of which I am unable to retract and clean. I was able to do it very rarely but now it is next to impossible. I have developed a foreskin infection too (swelling, redness and pain) and am taking antibiotics as prescribed by my urologist. He suggested circumcision as a permanent solution. Are there any other non-surgical options?

For a tight foreskin not able to retract, surgery (circumcision) is the only option. We have very simple stapler circumcision.
