Tight Foreskin
Hi Doctor, I have a very tight foreskin from childhood.and I cannot pull my foreskin down. Also, when I touch the glans it hurts a lot. If circumcision is required, how much time will it take to recover and can a doctor be recommended in Mumbai

As described by you, you are suffering from phimosis and you have to undergo Circumcision for cure. Circumcision as a procedure is a minor day-care surgery and it will take around 30mins to 1hour at the maximum, but you have to be careful after surgery and avoid any kind of sexual activity that would cause arousal for at least 1month.

You definitely need to undergo a circumcision procedure. It’s a day care or out patient basis procedure and you’ll be walking the very same day and can get back to regular activity in 3-4 days.
