  4. Tight and pain full bowel movement. All.

Tight and pain full bowel movement
From past 8-10 days I am experiencing tight and pain full bowel movement. As I am on medications for my acne and pimple related treatment(acid peel treatment). There is a bit of constipation too but no blood in stool but it's very painfull please suggest me some home remedies, what should I include in my diet and all.

Drink plenty of water and eat High fibrous diet. Do sitz bath Can take syrup looz 30 ml daily at bed time for 3/4 days..
