Tibia fibula and ankle pain
I injured in football play ground 7 days ago...I got hit in my lower limb(tibia ,fibula,ankle and feet)...I take some pain killer ..but there is still pain on those site...so please tell me how can I recover from this.

Thanks for posting your question. I am sorry to hear about your injury. I understand that you were injured while playing football which at times can be a high velocity injury causing fractures/ligament tears. It is important to know if the pain has reduced now, if you can put weight on the injured leg while walking, if there is any local swelling.
Next Steps
Ice application for the injured part may help alleviate pain, provide some rest, elevate your limb as long as possible (especially while sleeping, with help of pillows) and take anti-inflammatory if no contra-indications. In case you have swelling, difficulty in walking, instability while walking or skin breakdown, you may require an orthopaedic examination and even an Xray of the affected part. Adequate hydration and balanced diet are recommended for avoiding any side-effects of painkiller medications
