Thyroid can not be cured it can be prevented by diet. So follow healthy diet. Provide me complete information of ur height and weight. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Avoid certain vegetables like broccoli, cabbage, spinach, beetroot, cauliflower, sprouts, radish  etc due to thyroid.
