Thyroid test variation | height issue.

My son age 11 years, height 130 CM, weight 30 kg, he is less height compared to all his classmates/similar age group. Father height 170 CM and mother height 150 CM. So on doctor advise we have taken Thyroid Profile test. Strange same test shows different values. Why there is so much variation and which test is accurate? Does he have thyroid and need to take thyronorm tablets? Thyroid will impact growth hormone and height??? Please reply in detail , thanks 🙏 Thyroid Profile test on 31May 2023 at tenet.
