Thyroid tests are normal Again check after 3months Sugar is normal But do a 75 gm GCT . Fasting sugar, then g75 packet to be mixed in a glass of water , drink it. Then check sugar after 1 hour and then after 1 more hour.

Thyroid levels are normal  and the blood sugar report is also normal..since it is not fasting and not postprandial it will be taken as a random blood sugar which is normal. Have you taken 75 gram of the glucose and then your blood test for blood sugar levels this test is the usually in pregnancy.
Next Steps
do glucose challenge test with 75 gram of the glucose and then measure the blood glucose levels or sugar levels
