I have the thyroid with 3.7 TSH currently. I have to plan for 2nd kid, so kindly let me know what should be the TSH range normally for planning a kid. Also let me know T3 and T4 has to be considered for the pregnancy.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. All the thyroid hormones should be in the reference range mentioned in your lab reports to have a good thyroid hormone control. All the values are mentioned in the reports itself. Consult a gynaecologist in person for further evaluation and management.
