Thyroid problem
Yesterday in my blood test my tsh is 10 but my waght is loose 5 kg in a month i am not taking any thayroid madicine till now so i have hypo or hyper if hypo why my waight is loosing all my cbc blood suger all reports are normal

Apart from Thyroid problems there are many reasons for losing weight . Tuberculosis, starvation, and hidden malignancy are some of them.

Spontaneous weight loss may be due to nutritional deficiency, malabsorption syndrome, Thyroid disorder.
Free t4 is important here. High TSH with low iron normal FT4 means hypothyroidism.
High TSH with high FT4 means hyperthyroid state due to brain problem. Need CT/MRI brain.
But before going to conclusion, better to talk to doctor directly with all the reports.
