Thyroid Problem. Is in attachment.

My wife has a thyroid problem. Ealier her TSH level was around 6. So she was taking 75mcg Eltroxin. Then her TSH level comes to normal at around 3 after one month. Then we again repeat that test after 3 months then also TSH level was normal but when we repeat it after 6 month her TSH level drops to 0.187 which was below normal so we again consult a doctor . She drops her dosage to 50mcg on weekdays and 75mcg on weekends. But after this dosage also, she had a mild pain in her neck and its swelling a little bit. Her body feels hot and her hair is also falling. Its around one month taking this dosage. Kindly suggest. Her weight is 55kg now earlier it was around 63kg.
