Thyroid Problem
My TSH (ultrasensitive) is around 10 mIU/mL. And anti TPO Antibody is 229.2 IU/mL. My doctor has prescribed me Thyronorm 50 mcg which has to be continued lifelong. Is there anyway that I can avoid the medicine

Change life style n diet plan drastically  BUT WITH  MEDICINE. YOU NEED A CHECK UP EITHER3 OR SIX MONTHLY. + THIS MEDICINE  RELEASE  CALCIUM FROM BONE SO YOU NEED A CALCIUM. TAB SHALCAL 500 ONE AFTER DINNER.

You have to take the thyroxine lifelong. You have to understand that it is not medicine but hormone which your thyroid gland not producing in sufficient quantity to meet daily needs.
