Thyroid problem
Hi doctor I attached my thyroid report below for your valuable consideration, doctor can you please check and let me know what the exact problem is. Am consuming Thyrox-25mg for the past 2 year, because I got this thyroid problem when I was pregnant. So doctor suggested this medicine. Recent days am finding severe hair fall which is very high than the usual. So please let me what to take to reduce the thyroid level. What type of thyroid is this?

You have Overt Primary Hypothyroidism. ( High TSH with Low FT4 ) The current dose of 25 mcg is too less . You need to take the adequate dose . 1.6 mcg of Thyroxine per kg body weight .
Next Steps
Start with thyroxine tablet 75 mcg empty stomach early morning and keep a gap of minimum 30 mins before you take your breakfast Repeat the TSH , T4 level after 2 months .

U have overt primary autoimmune hypothyroidism. Start levothyroxine 75 mcg daily early morning.
