My brother is on thyroid medication 125mg , but after taking medicine he feels bloated and more sleepy and hungry. He eats more and then all issues what to do Does thyroid medication cause this

You should consult with your Doctor who has prescribed Thyroid medicine. I don't think any Doctor has any right to change the medicine or the dose of medicine prescribed by some other Doctors.
