Respected sir, My psychiatrist prescribed me thyronorm 12.5 once daily morning in empty stomach when she found my tsh level 5.54 along with other tablet of depression when I visited her for depression n walking imbalance problem, which started after stoping taking of alcohol which I continued since last 14 years.All other test like eeg of brain,ct scans of brain, liver,kidney, heart function, hb level were found to b normal.. I m regularly visiting her according to her advice n my next visit is on coming 2nd October. I hv been taking thyroid tablets since last 40 days n when today I tested my tsh, it was found to b 7.54. I want to know why my tsh has increased after taking thyroid tablets? Should I now increase d dose or continue with d same dose? I am not feeling any problems now.pls give ur valuable suggestions.
