Even when your thyroid hormone levels are in normal range you can miss a period. There could be other reasons for you to miss your period such as stress, weight gain, lack of sleep. Homoeopathic medicines can be effective in such cases. Right now I will suggest wait, exercise for 45 min per day and sleep for 7 hours per day. If you don't get your periods within next 15 days consult in private chat window for prescription.

To confirm your pregnancy you can do a Beta Hcg test of blood and if result is negative you can consult physician. One more thing if you very recently diagnosed with thyroid problem you should start Homeopathic treatment rather than continuing allopathic medicine for life time.
