Desired TSH level in the 3rd trimester of pregnancy is between 0.5 to 3.5 . However some guidelines suggest up to 4 is alright. In your case follow your gynaecologist's treatment advice. It is in the first initial months of pregnancy that the fetus depends on the mother's thyroid hormone for the development.
