Thyroid during pregnancy
Hello doctor,i am 18weeks pregnant ,My thyroid (TSH) level  is 3.15 and i am taking 100mcg medicine so i Just wanna know that 3.15 is normal  in 2nd trimester or do I need to increase my dose from 100mcg to 125mcg???m

100 mcg Thyronorm is certainly good enough for you. You may get TSH done again after one month.

Tsh in second trimester shud be maintained less than 3 So continue same dose of thyronorm Repeat tsh Every 45 days Dose will be adjusted accordingly

It's normal level for second trimester .can continue with same dose of  medicine.
