Assessment for Thyroid Dysfunction
You can say: Hello Doctor, I am a 32-year-old woman. My TSH is 4.96, while my T3 and T4 are within the normal range. I have severe weakness, sudden weight gain. My Vitamin D level is 19.26 (deficient) and my Vitamin B12 is 253. Could these symptoms be related to my thyroid? Would you recommend additional tests such as Free T4, Free T3, Anti-TPO antibodies, or any other investigations?
