Thyroid cancer
Papillary carcinoma in the thyroid gland with metasis and swollen lymph nodes type II and III. Throid nodule DESCRIPTIVE as per U/S guided FNAC report. CT scan shows 2x2.5cm nodule in the left neck. TSH levels are okay but problem is in swallowing especially after 5FNACs earlier reports indicated colloid goitre etc.

Hi, this needs further evaluation and immediate Thyroid removal. Please consult with a good head and neck surgeon. In Mumbai I will recommend Dr vijay haribhakti at Sir H N Reliance Foundation Hospital and Dr. Rahul Modi at Dr. L H Hiranandani Hospital.
