Dear Patient, Thank you for sharing your symptoms. As a thyroid patient, it's important to monitor any new or worsening symptoms, as they could be related to your thyroid condition or other underlying issues. The symptoms you described—extreme body and leg pain, weakness, shaking in your limbs, and difficulty concentrating—could be associated with thyroid dysfunction, such as hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism, or other medical conditions. Here are a few considerations and recommendations: 1. **Thyroid Function**: Ensure that your thyroid levels are well-managed. Both hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism can cause symptoms like weakness, muscle pain, and tremors. It may be necessary to adjust your medication or treatment plan. 2. **Nutritional Support**: A balanced diet rich in green leafy vegetables, fruits, and fiber can support overall health. Avoid fried and spicy foods, as they can exacerbate symptoms. 3. **Hydration**: Adequate water intake is essential for maintaining energy levels and overall health. 4. **Rest and Stress Management**: Ensure you are getting enough rest and managing stress, as these can impact your symptoms. 5. **Medical Evaluation**: Given the severity of your symptoms, it is crucial to have a thorough medical evaluation to rule out other potential causes, such as electrolyte imbalances, vitamin deficiencies, or other endocrine disorders. I strongly recommend that you schedule a consultation with me so we can conduct a comprehensive assessment and develop a tailored treatment plan. You can reach me on WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two. Take care,

Get a repeat thyroid profile for present status. Along with status of Vit.B12 and Vit. D levels. A good night(10-4am)  sleep is the key for horomone balance. So avoid Screens and use yellow light instead of bright white light in your room after 8pm.
