Thyroid and prolactin report analysis

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I had a thyroid and prolactin serum test.First of all i want to know if i have a thyroid and secondly why oral contraceptive and pregnancy related is mentioned in prolactin serum report? I never took any contraception pills
