Thyroid and PCOD
I am under medication for Thyroid for more than 11 years. I was also diagonised with PCOD few months back but when I got the check-up last month it was PCOD was normal. I walk for exercise and when I walk regularly I get my cycles every month but when I skip my walk my cycles also skip for a month. Please need suggestion how can I control my thyroid and gave regular periods.
