Thyroid and infertility
I am trying to conceive from last 1.5 yrs. I have hypothyroidism which I became aware in 2017. Currently tsh is 2.36. Also. T3 1.04 and T4 11.60. I also have anti thyroperoxidase AB >1000.0 IU/ml. My hsg report is normal. Follicular study shows egg rupturing also partners sperm analysis is normal. Can anyone pls help me why I am not able to conceive. Is it because of high anti thyroperoxidase?.. Thanking you in advance
