TSH 11.97uiu/ml & FREE T4 0.51 ng/dl - doctor has advised to take T.Thyronorm 125mcg (emty stomach) will this help my thyroid level to become normal?

Yes you are suffering from hypothyroidism and levothyroxine tablets is best way of treatment. Dose will depend on your weight and age. Repeat TSH report after 6-8 weeks after starting tablets. Accordingly dose needs to be titrated
