Hi, to lose weight follow a healthy, low calorie diet plan. Eat more fruits and include salads with your main meals. Drink 2 to 3 cups of green tea daily. Have a small mix of nuts as a snack..drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Avoid fried and junk foods as well as maida and sweet products. Exercise regularly for 45 mins to an hour.
